Refunds, Renewals and Cancellations

Cancellation within the first 30 days of purchase: You can cancel any time within the first 30 days for any reason if you are not satisfied with the service by informing us in writing of your desire to cancel or cancelling directly using the account you created during signup located at precisionrecovery.com/account.  A full refund will be issued.

Cancellation after the first 30 days of purchase (for monthly subscriptions): You may cancel at any time by informing us in writing of your desire to cancel or cancelling directly using the account you created during signup located at precisionrecovery.com/account.  Your service will terminate at the end of the billing cycle in which you provided notice.

Cancellation after the first 30 days of purchase (for annual subscriptions): You may cancel at any time by informing us in writing of your desire to cancel.  Your service will continue until the end of the annual period, unless you decline to receive service. No refunds will be offered after the first 30 days of service.

What happens once I cancel? You will continue to receive service until your service termination date, which will be calculated and shared with you by the cancellations team. After this date you will be contacted to return your equipment.  Packaging and shipping will be provided free of charge. If equipment is not promptly returned you may be charged for it.

What happens if I don’t return the equipment? A charge of $50 will be issued to your credit card on file if you do not return the equipment within 30 days of cancellation.

Refund Policy: If a refund is due it will be calculated and shared with you in writing by the cancellations team.  Once equipment has been received by us, a refund will be issued within 14days onto your original form of payment.

Renewal Policy:  Monthly subscriptions will continue in perpetuity until you inform us in writing of your desire to cancel.  Annual subscriptions will not auto-renew. At the end of the annual term, if you have not informed us in writing of your desire to cancel or to purchase an additional annual subscription, you will be moved to a monthly subscription.

Changing from Monthly to Annual subscription: You may choose at any time to move from a monthly to an annual subscription by informing us in writing. Your monthly service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, after which an annual payment will be applied.

Changing from Annual to Monthly subscription: You may only choose to change from Annual to Monthly subscription within the first 30 days of purchase.    Outside of the first 30 days you may only change to Monthly subscription at the end of your annual term.

Please do not message or contact your care partner directly, as this will not constitute informing us in writing of your desire to change, cancel or renew your policy.
